when come time like this, your laptop need thoroughly 'medical' checkup. u need to find exactly the same brand as your to check whether your battery status. if its the same, u need to repair your windows... and if worse case, its hardware prob.so wouldn't mind to repair it. just buy new, end of story, good day.
