Internal Error Code 2738

Today i feel like i can touch the sky because I've been able to solve this kind of computer mystery. Several days ago, my lappy says : "internal error 2738" and im noob don't know anything about this. Ive been recklessly check my entire lappy and i find the solution. its the runtime library locate in window\system folder gone missing and need to register it in system32 back. so this what i do to get rid of this annoying message:

When trying to install an application, you may get the following error:

To fix this problem, try the following steps:

1. Click Start > Run

2. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll

if u get this message: "failed to load vbscript.dll" or something similar like this, dont panic. Go to dll.com or click this link to go to the site.

after that, search vbscript.dll and download them. follow the instruction given by the site in the archive usually and u job is done. follow the step above to register the vbscript.dll into registry.Now try to install the program again. I hope this works!
